Scope of Services
Inter-Link Exhibition provides comprehensive design and build solutions in Singapore, including but not limited to:
- Exhibition Fabrication: Custom exhibition booth design, trade show booth construction, and exhibition booth setup services.
- Retail & Commercial Interior: Retail shop renovation, retail fit-out works, showroom design, and commercial interior renovation.
- Roadshow & Event Setup: Roadshow booth fabrication, mall roadshow setup, pop-up store construction, and brand activation displays.
- Carpentry / Fabrication: Custom display fabrication, exhibition carpentry, and commercial carpentry solutions utilizing our in-house carpentry workshop.
All project timelines, specifications, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in individual project quotations or contracts.

Quotations, Pricing, and Project Booking
- Validity: All project quotations (e.g., exhibition booth builder Singapore quotation, retail renovation contractor Singapore quotation) are valid for the period stated on the official quotation document.
- Pricing Structure: Prices are based on the initial project scope, design concepts, and materials specified. Any subsequent alterations, urgent roadshow setups, or design revisions may incur additional fees.
- Acceptance: A project is considered officially booked only upon written confirmation (via email or signed agreement) and receipt of the required initial deposit.

Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing, standard payment terms require a mobilization deposit prior to the commencement of design and custom carpentry fabrication. Progressive or final payments are due upon milestones or project completion.
- Late Payments: Inter-Link Exhibition reserves the right to suspend or halt any fabrication, on-site installation, or delivery of an exhibition booth setup or retail fit-out if payment timelines are not met.

Design, Custom Fabrication, and In-House Carpentry
- Design Ownership & Intellectual Property: All creative concepts, spatial designs, and drawings produced by our retail interior design and exhibition booth design team remain the intellectual property of Inter-Link Exhibition until final payment is settled in full. Unauthorized use or duplication of our designs by third-party contractors is strictly prohibited.
- In-House Quality Control: We utilize our own in-house carpentry workshop and warehouse facilities to maintain strict quality control and flexibility. Minor variances in textures, wood grains, or color matching may occur naturally in custom furniture and display fabrication.

On-Site Installation, Dismantling, and Venue Regulations
- Coordination & Access: For all exhibition booth setups, commercial renovations, and mall roadshow setups, the Client must ensure that Inter-Link Exhibition is granted adequate and timely access to the venue.
- Venue Compliance: The Client is responsible for securing all necessary venue approvals, permits, and electrical passes, unless explicitly contracted as part of our exhibition stand contractor or retail fit-out contractor services.
- Dismantling: For temporary event structures (e.g., pop-up booths, trade show displays), dismantling and removal will be executed according to the schedule set by the venue management. Any materials not requested for salvage by the Client will be disposed of after the event.

Client Revisions, Delays, and Alterations
- Scope Changes: If you request structural or material alterations after fabrication has commenced at our exhibition carpentry workshop, additional costs and extended timelines will apply.
- Client Delays: Delays in providing necessary brand assets, site details, or timely design approvals may impact the final delivery date, especially for fast-turnaround roadshow setups. Inter-Link Exhibition cannot be held liable for delays caused by the Client or venue management.

Warranties and Liability Limitations
- Workmanship Guarantee: As an established retail environment specialist and exhibition display contractor with over 30 years of experience, we guarantee high-quality craftsmanship. Defects in structural workmanship must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of on-site hand-over.
- Exclusion of Liability: Inter-Link Exhibition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or booth damage caused by venue accidents, third-party logistics, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, official venue cancellations).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Client: In the event that a project is cancelled by the Client after confirmation, the Client will be liable for all expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, design hours, administrative costs, and raw materials purchased for custom booth fabrication or retail renovation.
- Exclusion of Liability: Deposits paid for bespoke projects where fabrication has already commenced in our workshop are strictly non-refundable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our commercial renovation or exhibition fabrication services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Modifications to Terms
Inter-Link Exhibition reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be made available on our website.
